OverviewAdmissions Liaison - Atomic Heroes Alliance The Atomic Heroes Alliance Liaison is a customer service oriented role supporting former Los Alamos and Sandia Lab workers through the process of obtaining their EEOICPA benefits through the Department of Labor.
This role will work closely with the sales and clinical team in the Albuquerque office to help prospects and patients get connected to resources and understand the EEOICPA program.
The Atomic Heroes Alliance Liaison supports former Los Alamos and Sandia Laboratory workers in getting access to Department of Labor funded compensation and no-cost medical benefits.
This role is a customer service-oriented role that works closely with the sales and clinical team in our Albuquerque office.
This is a full time position with a competitive salary including Medical, Dental, FSA, Vacation Pay, 401k and more! ResponsibilitiesAssist prospects in gathering necessary medical records to file a claimComplete in person and over the phone appointments to collect work history and diagnosis informationTrack medical records and claim progress, communicating regularly with internal and external teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with patients, prospects, medical community contacts, and Authorized RepresentativesMaintain detailed tracking and notes, reporting on activities and quarterly goalsQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED or 10
years of relevant work experience.
Experience with medical records is a plus.
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possess a high level of integrity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
